Sim, seria! Mas segundo meu professor, na linguagem coloquial eles não usam o "ne" xD Ele diz que eles contraem o "je ne suis pas" todo pra um "shuipá" xDDDD~ Talvez seja conversa fiada, mas é tão divertido que eu não resisti.
