i liked this drawing before, but i learned so much in a few months that i wanted to take her a step further
tell me what you think
while she was resting for at least a hundred years, the earth has folded around her and blended her into the environment, she has now become a passage way from one island to another because in the years that little stream she fell asleep on, has become a river.

I like the story that accompanies and it has a nice soft touch about it. Very peaceful like. The only thing I think would help further this is adding a touch more contrast, especially to places that should be dark, like in the nooks and crannies of the earth from both islands or to darken the underside of the roots intertwining the dragon some more, even putting in some darker line like shadows to show grooves and depth to the trees. This is a wonderful piece and I'm so glad to see something posted here. I do believe it has been awhile. I hope to see more sometime :3
