This looks really good and I love his eyes. I think the only thing that may need a second look is the lips. The upper lip looks a little crooked, like a little too far to the left and needs to move a tiny bit to the right to align center with the nose. Other than that, well done! The hair and the background are really good too and the shading is wonderful.
