Nothing innately wrong with AI ... however there is an ethical dilemma that must be accepted and considered.

1. To use images created by other artists without their permission is simply copyright infringement.
2. To create a portfolio of AI art and label yourself the artist is simply fraudulent.
3. Lumping AI generated imagery into categories like Digital Art, 3d Art, etc. is both misleading and confusing.

I would not have posted an anti-anything post without cause. Searching DA for Digital art, I am bombarded with AI generated images. At the time of this post, a separate category was available for AI but it still shows up in searches for digital art...irritating. If I wrongly tag my digital work as traditional oil painting, drawing, photography or lithography, that would irritate yes? Make AI all you want, just categorize it properly please so it doesn't show up in searches for works by actual human artists.
