Ok...here was the design that we ended up using. Although I was told to lose the blue engine lighting..cause it was a little too Schumacker/Tron like. The idea behind it was, that it was boosted by Cyborg tech...since at the beginning of the show, they talked about working together. Oh well.

Andy later built a crazy CG model for this, that Japan used in the final animation.
