Ooo when I first looked at this I didn't even notice how it does look like a clock/compass. I thought about how the shape swooping in behind the whitest compass looks like a half-moon though, which I think is pretty neat. I love the title of this one too, and the colors here are quite different than most I've seen you use, or maybe that's just the white background talking xD
The lines remind me of a fence actually too.

The first thing that came into my mind when I saw this picture was a ruler (or protractor). The compass idea came to me later.
Colors used here are actually the same as in most my "blueish" fractals. Most likely that's the effect of background.
