Wow, this is beautiful. I really wish there was a watercolor for dummies i could buy. Wonderful skill, very impressive.

Love the line quality in this and the values. Excellent sketch. I'm jealous you can do this simply "while waiting in line" Faces and heads still get me (need more practice) but the proportions and perspective here are great! Good job.

We were at least given chairs to sit on in line. Thank you!
Faces are something I think I've practiced most with, and most interested in as well -
About 7 or 8 years ago, when in college, I was given a great assignment during an artist anatomy class - during the whole semester, we were supposed to create 75 head drawings, 75 hand drawings, and 75 feet drawings. It was practically an impossible task, I'm not sure if anyone got them all done, but it sure helped! Even getting 50 heads done was an eye opener.

That was very nice of them to give you chairs. And that exercise is an excellent practice and would probably be good for some self study. Hmmm...

hehe
Well, besides the main face, there are 2 large ones in the cloak, one smaller on facing sideways on the shoulder, and then 2 or 2.5 faces in the center opening of the cloak, but they aren't formed solidly.
Thanks for looking!

I haven't seen you use so much of this hue before. Layered, dreamy, lovely.

Indeed. Normally my colors get much more intense.
Thank you!
