Kamen Rider Buffa is the rider identity used by Michinaga Azuma. Using the Desire Driver and a Core ID, Kamen Rider Buffa is capable of assuming his personalised base form, allowing him to enter the Desire Grand Prix. With the addition of Raise Buckles, Buffa is capable of using more powerful armored forms.

Entry Raise is Buffa's black, purple and orange-coloured base form, accessed using the Buffa Core ID. This form debuts in Episode 2 of Kamen Rider Geats.
