Kamen Rider Buffa is the rider identity used by Michinaga Azuma. Using the Desire Driver and a Core ID, Kamen Rider Buffa is capable of assuming his personalised base form, allowing him to enter the Desire Grand Prix. With the addition of Raise Buckles, Buffa is capable of using more powerful armored forms.

Ninja is Buffa's black, purple, neon-green and red-coloured armored form, accessed using the Buffa Core ID with the Ninja Buckle in the right-hand slot of the Desire Driver. This form allows the user to summon the Ninja Dueler. This form debuts in Episode 10 of Kamen Rider Geats.
