Kamen Rider Buffa is the rider identity used by Michinaga Azuma. Using the Desire Driver and a Core ID, Kamen Rider Buffa is capable of assuming his personalised base form, allowing him to enter the Desire Grand Prix. With the addition of Raise Buckles, Buffa is capable of using more powerful armored forms.

ZombieBoost is Buffa's black, purple, orange and red-coloured armoured form, accessed using the Buffa Core ID with the Zombie Buckle in the right-hand slot and the Boost Buckle in the left-hand slot of the Desire Driver. This form allows the user to summon the Zombie Breaker and the Boostriker. This form debuts in Episode 6 of Kamen Rider Geats.
