Kamen Rider Buffa is the rider identity used by Michinaga Azuma. Using the Desire Driver and a Core ID, Kamen Rider Buffa is capable of assuming his personalised base form, allowing him to enter the Desire Grand Prix. With the addition of Raise Buckles, Buffa is capable of using more powerful armored forms.

Fever Zombie is Buffa's black, purple and orange-coloured upgrade form, accessed using the Buffa Core ID with the Feverslot Buckle in the right-hand slot and the Zombie Buckle in the left-hand slot of the Desire Driver. This form allows the user to summon two copies of the Zombie Breaker. This form debuts in Episode 12 of Kamen Rider Geats.
