Build's marigold and gunmetal grey-coloured Best Match form, known as Hachimitsu High Vision, themed after a bear and a television. This form is armed with an AI called Televi-san, who assists the user, while the Kuma Halfbody grants the ability for the user to temporarily enlarge themselves by summoning a projection of a bear crossing sign and running through it. The Kuma and Televi FullBottles for this form are from Hokuto. This form debuts in Kamen Rider Build: Birth! KumaTelevi!! VS Kamen Rider Grease!
