Rogue's base Rider form, themed after a crocodile, cracks and a glass vial, accessed via the use of the Crocodile Crack FullBottle and the Sclash Driver, the former of which was developed by Namba Heavy Industries. This form is armed with the Nebula Steam Gun and Steam Blade, which can be combined to form the Nebula Steam Rifle, which has three basic attacks
  •Elek Steam - Electricity is fired from Rogue's weapon.
  •Ice Steam - Icey mist is fired from Rogue's weapon.
  •Devil Steam - Nebula Gas capable of transforming an enemy into a Smash is fired from Rogue's weapon.

Kamen Rider Rogue can use one of five finishers:
•Crack Up Finish:
      •Rider Kick - accessed by triggering the handle of the Sclash Driver when the Crocodile Crack FullBottle is inserted.
      •Rider Punch - accessed by triggering the handle of the Sclash Driver when the Crocodile Crack FullBottle is inserted.
  •Discharge Crash - accessed by triggering the handle of the Sclash Driver while an inorganic FullBottle is inserted.
•Funky Break - accessed by inserting the Crocodile Crack FullBottle into the Nebula Steam Gun.
•Funky Attack - accessed by inserting a FullBottle into the Nebula Steam Gun.
•Funky Shot - accessed by inserting any FullBottle into the Nebula Steam Rifle.

This form debuts in Episode 22 of Kamen Rider Build.
