This is just me being curious, how did make the gif, is it the same images and slightly modified versions, layered on top of each other or was it made other way.

Yeah, that's basically how I do it, just one image and a small independent layer for each one of the moving parts on top, so they cover the base layer when visible.
Making a gif for your request was pretty much the way to go.

Ok, I thoght of something. One thing I though you could do give Richie a background, like how did he get muscular and why, or my personal fave, a growth chart that shows him at different ages, so we could see his muscles progress in size.
