It’s been a while! To whoever will be seeing this, but especially to my dearest watchers who have stuck around, I just want to share a little update and some good news!

My semester at university has been incredibly turbulent and my mental state was at its lowest. I was too busy and couldn’t find the time or the energy to draw anymore. This was heartbreaking to me, as it felt like I had lost my passion for art completely. However, I knew at the back of my mind that I really wanted to pursue a creative path; it was hard doing my schoolwork when I knew my heart was somewhere else.

So I decided to go for it. I’ve had my doubts that maybe this is a big mistake, but it was surprisingly easy for me to overcome them after all. It took me two years of denying what I really want and settling for a difficult course that I don’t even want to find the resolve to pursue my passion, but I don’t regret them. I feel like those years had to happen for me to realize that this is what I really want to do and what I feel am meant to do.

I don’t know what’s going to happen, and it’s going to be a long, tough road for sure, but everything is much clearer now and there’s a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. The relief of knowing I’ll be doing what I truly am passionate about outweighs all the doubts I had. I’m excited to make and share so much more art in the future, and I hope you can stick around a little bit more and watch me grow hopefully into an artist worthy of your love and support. <3
