Show me the rule that says one can't break the blocks and rearrange them as one sees fit. Again, you're just jealous cause you can't figure out how to do it.

in video games, rules are built-in as limitations. They don't even give you the ability to break them, unlike board games, which use the honor system.
Since you cannot split blocks in Tetris, Twilight is breaking the rules.

Or since she is able to do it, the game clearly posses no such "built-in" limitations thus it isn't cheating. At most it would be more like exploiting a glitch.
