Gorgeous, the water is so blue! The more I see of Egypt, the more I want to visit someday. I had no idea it was so beautiful there!

Sadly, many people only think of Egypt as the pyramids and areas related to the pharonic era. They just rush to those areas on some guided tour and never really take the time to learn more about what makes Egypt or its people the way it is today. There are so many places in Egypt that are very beautiful and interesting too. It would take a lifetime to see them all. I hope you do visit Egypt one day. I'm sure you will love it.

I think it is that way for many countries, or any country that someone hasn't visited. We hear about the 'touristy' things most, and it's not until we visit that we see the true beauty. Often it does need to be looked for though, get away from the standard tours and take the time to learn. Although I had studied Australia a fair bit growing up, nothing prepared me for how beautiful this country really is, and I'm so fortunate to be able to live here. I'm sure it's that way for you and your beloved Egypt as well
