This isn't a really nice way to welcome people to the chat room, kicking them right away. In stead you should do nice things so people will want to come.

Okay, first of all, don't take it to my page. Secondly, you blatantly disregarded the instructions that I gave you not to speak before reading the rules. When that happens, we kick people. It isn't about being nice or mean, but it's about respecting the rules of our channel. Oh, and I'm not nice, so you shouldn't expect me to be.

lol, I understand your chatroom, it's not about being Grammar Nazis, it's about being Nazis. I read the rules and I know what they say it's all about, but it just isn't, and I've heard from other people how stupid you behave in there so I'm not missing anything. NaziPit is just a private chat even though you don't say that.
And by the way, you behaving like that in the chatroom and not giving me the opportunity to respond makes you fully deserving to get it "taken on your page". You are responsible for everything you say and do, and whatever you do you're going to get the consequences, good or bad.
