hahahahahaha, omg that cracked me up. thanks, i needed a good laugh. i did lose a lil weight from doing girly pushups on my sink and like 20 crunches a night before i sleep so i guess the terms "fat" or "chubby" no longer applies. ^_^

crunches are the easiest and they give you faster results, i think... iono... i wake up feeling more confident about my physical features.

yeah crunches are good, also you can lay on the ground belly up, and put your hands under your butt and lift your legs, you have to keep your legs stiff, and your hands are under you ass so you get better balance, but that works the lower abs a lot. give it a try
