Description btw it doesnt happen at the same spot...it can be everywhere *the shadow bug =..=
this bug doesn't have in earlier ver that i use all the time ...

cr : me,sega,rui,unluckycandyfox

EDIT
after mess up the ray for whole day
I found out it have something to do with PSSM... For 1.5.0 ver and above it have 4 PSSM tab in mme tab while the old ver only have 1 PSSM tab... Does anyine know how to edit it to 1 PSSM tab like older ver?

EDIT 2
after experiments with this shader again, it's seem like (since) the shader use multiple PSSM so it give layers to shadow. Reduce shadows using in ray.pmx will make it less visible.

Of course other suggestions to fix the shadow bug is welcome

Maybe you had low view angle? RayCast acts strange with low view angle... What if you edit ray.config? I mean, change shadow quality in ray.config.

If I can, I will ask you here - what effects do you use for your videos?

Maybe check the normals in PMX Editor? Some of the normals might be messed up! If that isn't it then I don't know sadly...;-;

Normals are basically what helps render a light source on a 3D model, or in this case an MMD model--

When some normals are either messed up or reversed, they tend to create unnecessary shadows. I learned how to fix them here:

I hope this helps!

maybe go to depthmap, and hide her face the shadow might leave?

It's not ssao or ssdo problem so disable depth map doesnt work
