Good one, but the roof's shape might be a little steep. It looks lie it has just been "put there" and does not really belong there.
I know this is not a comment on your technique, but on the building. Your tech is really great, on this and on the undithered one.
the bulk on the roof just looks a little off... sorry.. my opinion :S

there we go good job mate. The roof shadow looks much smoother and nicer now.
