These are deffinatly better than your other ones, your getting the hang of the perspectives more now, aswell as the shape and pixel blending , the lighting and shading need a bit of work though, the shading on the roofs looks good but the walls need work there is very little shading on the front so they look very flat, as for the lighting everything on the roof is the same shade, the lighting in pokemon games tends to come from the top left, so the left side of the roof should be lighter the center should be like it is now and the right should be darker, like on the DPP house at the bottom, combine that into the wall shading and you should be able to work out what and where should be darker allowing you to give things that 3D effect.
