Her skin does looks a bit better. I'd avoid pink backgrounds with her. Purple would do just fine. I think there's a bit of artistic difference between us when it comes to her skin. Sometimes it's tough to differentiate between what looks wrong in your observation and what looks wrong in your opinion. I personally would lighten her skin, not with soft glow mind you. Lower saturation skin tones often look odd or off to me when they are darker. Barriss' skin has low saturation, but it's also very light. You know what I mean?
Yeah, I think it's my artistic preferences talking about her skin and I'm having trouble figuring out if it's my preferences or my objectivity doing the talking.

I think you're right about the artistic difference. It's like you said before: You'll never please everyone. I tried to give her a bubble gum like color (not bazooka gum), the kind that has been chewed for an hour or two. And, while I like it, It may not be for everyone. And that's ok. Besides her purple yoga pants are bright enough to make up for it I think, lol!
