In first Equestria girls movie when Princess Twilight return to the crystal empire the outfit human rarity made for her vanished and Twilight wasn't wearing any clothes when she finished passing through the portal so don't know if the glasses and lab coat would pass through or not.

And, moreover, when Twilight came back in Rainbow Rocks, she's wearing the same clothes she wore when she first entered the human world.
(So the outfit Human-World Rarity made for her probably switched places with Twilight's normal human-world clothes the instant she entered the mirror portal.)
