hi hi, i have a couple questions!
regarding the fur cape, is it made entirely of fur, or is it a skin flap with fur growing off it? would the tentacles be underneath it, go through it, or come from it?
also, with the dual tail trait, if there were to be tail rings, i assume each one would get rings; would it be rare or legendary to have two rings on each?

It’s entirely thicc fur! The tentacles can weave themselves through it, though.
Oo. It’d be rare! Your bab can have a lotto rings but they’ll go up in rarity with each used.
if one ring is used it’s uc, two is rare, 3+ is legendary
