Just some anatomy practice, since I notice I don't have too much experience drawing characters from the back. It could have been better, but I did this fairly quickly.
Also, Enorach has nice scars, they are fun to draw! >:]Also, cat butt.Β

Daaang, if there are this many that are large enough his fur doesn't cover them then there must be dozens of smaller ones!
Depends on medical treatment too, good treatment reduces scarring, but I'm guessing such treatment is rare.
Good piece though! I too was curious how you would position their tails, looks like a good placement to me!

Great anatomy and an interesting perspective. It's rare to see a character from the back, but it's interesting to see for example where exactly the tail begins. And I didn't know that Enorach has some kind of mane at the back of his head.
Poor Enorach with all this scars on his back, it must have hurt a lot. But that's probably how the life of a slave is, or at least can be like that if the master (like probably most slave owners) sees his slave not as a person but just as property. And I think it's probably much worse if the slave is from a different species and in the eyes of his master is just an animal.
Fortunately Enorach's life is much better now, even if as a mercenary he still risks getting more scars (or worse).

He has indeed a small mane, like a cheetah's one, and it's considered quite attractive for his species. He suffered quite a lot, and he was teated like an animal, as you said. 
His life improved incredibly, and most of all he has friends who love him at his side, and that's the important thing. His profession his still risky, but he doesn't know anything other than fighting, and he's too restless to have a quiet life.

It's clear she has been through a rough patch from the scars that you did well on. However, she also looks a bit pudgy so I figure she is doing much better now.
I guess that expression on her face, though cute, is a sign she was not expecting me and is embarrassed.

Β I think you did great with the anatomy! I must admit I too draw the backs of the characters rather rarely, and even when I do I tend to cover all the interesting details under rather thick fur fur XD

Yeah. I'm getting problems drawing a muscular character even if he's not a muscle mountain.

Well from that perspective I can say.... he got a good looking backside. Anatomy-wise you would see that he is actually perfectly balanced physically, meaning he is not a ripped bodybuilder, but tempered by his general activity. Meaning muscles and fat are pretty well distributed and certainly make him look a lot more naturalistic than idealistic (ergo not a muscleberg beefcake, and actually pretty good looking). I also like the lovely mane that goes down his neck. Well, mane perhaps in a sense that it is a bit fluffier, like with a cheetah. It does go well for his appearance. The scars themselves can serve as a way to showcase a certain experience in battle, and can actually be seen as attractive therefore. Or they invoke sympathy, if they are resulting from another source (considering that some of the scars go over his spine, it may actually be from something other than combat, since a commenter below mentioned whiplashes).Β
Naturally, now I can well compare him to other members of his species, where the rips are visible in fact. In his case, I suppose he does eat enough to build up a sturdy and healthy body.

He is indeed very healthy now, he lives a pretty good life compared to most of his species in human lands. He was mainly lucky to have the support of other people who helped him quite a lot, both emotionally and by giving him a way to start anew.
He has indeed a small mane, in their species males have that, and sometimes it can go down to half way of the back. (The neck is also considered quite an attractive body part for them, which is why they often wear huge necklaces. The small mane is considered very attractive, the longer it is the better).Β The inspiration was indeed the cheetahs' mane. ^^
The scars are a mix of blade cuts and whip marks, and those on the back are mainly the second ones, a reminder of his years as a slave.
