This right here is rather interesting. Rarity pays close attention to the names and movements of important ponies, and Twilight/Dusk would logically be on her list.

I'm sensing Rarity is going to become the yandere of this manga, and with Applejack acting a tad bit like a tsundere and Rainbow showing just the sliiiiightest inclination towards being a kamidere, I think there's a bit of a pattern forming here.
