EDIT: Also, a new bit of backstory to add... Jasper was originally a CookBot in his model creation, but he was re-serviced for Deputy Bot duty. So his fragile cooking arms (and limber legs) where switched out for bulky counterparts meant for heavy duty work. He was sad about this at first but when he met Betsy, the milk cow, he was totally happy again. His big clunky hands may not be able to cook but he can at least pet the cow, his only real friend at the time.
