"Torso muscle reference. :3 So backs aren't really my strong suit and I think the relaxed one is slightly out of proportion.. but abs are something I can do.
I think I made the lines pretty clear for the muscle layout.
Also threw some tips in there for proportioning of the waist to shoulder and waist to neck width.
Belly button placement, ab placement, serratus placement.. etc.

Enjoy~! Hope this helps, I think I got it mostly correct."

This is nice, and I like the color coding, but there are some mistakes, nothing that can't be fixed with a few tweaks, though. I also especially like the side view on the far right. That one's particularly sexy. Love, love, love that angle, lol. Just keep in mind that the serratus anterior wraps around from the scapula. So in the 3/4 torso picture with the left arm raised, the muscles should be curving upward. Serratus anterior never angles downward, it's usually slightly upward, and more so when the arm's raised.
The front side has a couple minor ones, the grass green is actually part of the external oblique, not the serratus anterior. Serratus is the part you colored in turquoise only. Very sexy muscles, but most of them get covered by the pecs and latissimus. The rectus abdominal and oblique taper off a bit narrower than that, to slightly wider than the base of the penis.
For the back side, you colored the trapezius different kinds of blue (not sure if you were indicating that it was three different muscles or not). It seems like the flexed version indicates the rhomboideus minor (mid blue) and rhombodeus major (blue), with the trapzeius being in skyblue, but the nonflexed picture is what the trapezius muscle looks like by itself (it's not what the rhomboideus muscles look like when they're not flexed). The infraspinatus fascia (redorange muscle) goes underneath the deltoid muscle (like in the flex pose), and you left out teres minor, which sits just above the teres major. The pink part should be part teres major, the orange muscle. The infraspinatus (redorange) goes over teres major (orange), while the latissimus (purple) slightly overlaps with the infraspinatus, and the trapezius (skyblue) overlies the infraspinatus and latissimus muscles. The external obliques don't wrap around to the back side, but they are visible since they're bulkier than the lower part of the latissimus.
Also, the proportion of the pectoralis major, the abdominals and the waist is slightly off. Pec muscles are larger, and the rectus abdominis is wider than that. The 3/4 view of the abdominals is more accurate. The sectioning of the obliques should be about the same as the serratus, since they both connect to the ribs. If the proportion you drew is a style thing, then just disregard this paragraph. I myself downplay the obliques a lot for a slimmer waist. The proportion thing is just for standard anatomy.
I'm too poor to afford taking life drawing at Art Center, so I just cross examine muscle diagrams with photos of natural bodybuilders and muscular models to learn how muscles look stretched vs unstretched and flexed vs unflexed. I'd recommend using that, since it looks like you already have an advanced understanding of anatomy and musculature.
With the corrections and a little coloring on photoshop, this could easily be revised into a great reference sheet.

OH MY GOD. This is exactly what I needed, very rarely do I come across "how to draw beef/hulk-like males" tutorials, everybody focuses on athletic or slender males :/

Haha. I love me some athletic males! My boyfriend likes them more like this though, complete beefcake/hunk type (when it comes to porn).

I like all parts of the male spectrum, thank you very much! :3 I like cute nerdy guys and the strong athletic ones. Ones that are over powering body builders creep me out and wouldn't be ideal for my type of boyfriend, and I stay away from the bad boys/danger-zone boys. Me? Gimmie hugs, kisses, fluffy cloudy candy and it's good to go

Haha, nice. Yeah, I'm not too into cholos and steroid pumpers either.
And I have a cotton candy maker, lol. Takes a while to warm it up, though.

Yeaaah candies! x) I have such a sweet tooth. I always joke with my mom that my future husband is going to end up being one of those cute and handsome nerds or collectors of antiques or coins. I always feel more drawn to them more so than the hot bad boy types. Then again, as said, I love my cuddles. :/ I wish I could see that candy maker in person.

You should do one for a forearm, very confusing part for everyone.

this looks really useful. definitely a good way to study muscle structure
