Description Bon soir! And well, as you can see: have I got a surprise for you. So, I have decided to show you some more characters of my Underswap take. Here we got Frisk, Chara and Echo (Monster Kid in the past, from now on mentioned as MK). In my Swapped Relations I have decided that Chara and Frisk's clothing won't really change due to them taking practically the same life roles and due to their clothing items not having substantial difference. In case I come up with something original, I am going to change it and show it. However, unlike Undertale, Frisk would appear in a spiritual form rather than in a one resembling a human, thus, showing us a true self. As for Echo, this is the example of a different swapping. You see, in my opinion, swapping Temmie and Flowey was an illogical idea... Well, because Flowey is Asriel and Asriel is already swapped with MK. I, personally, think it would it would be much more sensible to swap one of the Temmies with the Annoying Dog, as both represent the two main people working on Undertale. So, back to the topic. Asriel and MK are the ones swapped in my take as they are the both the kid-characters with whom we interact for a noticeable time amount (the reason I didn't swap MK with GK (Goner Kid), is that the Goner gang is an isolated group of characters that are more connected one to another than to any other normal characters).
Now, we come to their personalities.
It was quite difficult for me to point out actual traits I could swap in the kiddos, but I managed to find one: in UT it can be noted that Chara speaks in a cold, formal manner, spitting just facts, while for Frisk we have a wider option of behaviours, even direct insulting. Plus, Frisk's manner of speech is not a formal one, for instance we can easily call Papyrus a loser ("What a loser..."). So, I have decided their swap trait is their emotionality. From now on Frisk's cold and still persona would be appropriate for a "-_-" expression. And Chara now would have this lack of emotions filled and would no longer be so sinister. What remains the same is the way they talk and the way they see this world. Chara would still maintain her formality of speech and Frisk would lack it, moreover, Frisk in SR is a pacifist, she (here, both Chara and Frisk are female, their age is around 15) would even let us go after a Genocide Route under a word we redo everything and spare everyone next time instead of sending them ad patres.
Finally, we are here to discuss Echo. As it is written above, Echo used to be MK in the past. The swap traits of MK and Asriel are hyperactivity/passivity. Basically MK is a shy, but a curious and nosy guy, admiring his adoptive parents... And comic superheroes, while Asriel is a sharp though mate already hoping and dreaming about breaking the barrier with his own powers in the future.
Buuuut, the becoming a flower made MK soulless and now he would find the best moment to let down a hail of taunts on you while playing an ultimate villain he had ever seen in the comics when was alive.
All for now! Stay tuned for more and vale!
