Another mystery solved.The characters turned out really cute this time. I think it's the pupil/iris to eye size ratio, but I'm not sure. Gonna have to do some research sketches.
All names are references to something with the exception of Pumpkin and Loyalty. I just thought it would be cute if Rainbows parents would give her the name Pumpkin.
Update: Jennifer was spelled wrong, fixed it. Thanks to Speed-Storm77 for pointing it out!

Professionalism, daredevil, danger and loyalty are names she claimed to have on the show. "Or my name isn't Rainbow ____ Dash!"
