This photo was taken before the restoration back in the 1980's.
The Blue Mt and Reading line was very new and the owner
was starting to restore stuff at the old Reading Shops.Β

Yes it was a short line rail road in PA. I believe it is now the Reading Blue Mountain and Northern Railroad. That T-1 is so big when you see it in person.

Back in the days when I took these they ran the T-1 and other engines on passanger trains from Reading to Hamburg and back. My train buds and I road it a few times.
