100% inspired by and her 'Blue Rose' ship in which Snow and her character Claudia (Caesar's mom) are a pair.

Anyway, Caesar's about ten years younger than Snow in my head-canon, so naturally his mom would be a bit older than Snow. Snow's about seven or eight here, and Mrs. Flickerman is in her very early twenties. I thought the idea of him having a schoolboy crush on Caesar's mom was too cute to pass up for my head-canon. I wasn't about to just rip Claudia off so I based this lady on kind of a mix of her and Livia. And of course got the green light from Ms. Prosper.
