HUNGER GAMES FANS, PLEASE READ THIS NEXT PART!! >3<
So, in case you haven’t already heard about it from me, I’ll be completing this HUGE school project very soon in the future, which assigned, was essentially a “passion” project based in anything we love and are interested in. So given my obsession with the art of film, (and with this fabulous book series) I’ll be directing, editing, and acting in a live-action Hunger Games music video to the song “Resistance” by Muse. We’ll be telling the story of the Hunger Games and exploring its themes in 5 1/2 minutes! (Or trying, that is. ^^”) So I’m really, REALLY excited about this, and would really like to receive some support on this, so if you’re interested in my video, please watch and fav (as I’ll be posting more pics and updates on DA) and visit and subscribe to my Youtube channel. ---> [link]
These pics are kind of like an ongoing preview to the short film, which will probably be finished early February at the latest. We’re going to start filming in about a week (and I’ve got some of my amazing and talented friends helping me!!) so stay tuned for some pics with my Peeta, Rue, Prim, Clove, and *hopefully* Gale. (I haven’t found one yet. D; )

I LOOOOOVE Ute Valley park. It's like my "spiritual" place. Seriously. I LUV IT!! >W< Especially this cool rock formation-y area that over looks a really wooded canyon...*dies* It's gorgeous. :3 Sometime in the springtime, I'm gonna break out the Mononoke costume again, and take some pics there, I think. ^_^

They're actually toy replicas...? ^^" I bought it as a playset and spraypainted them silver to look more like the description from the book. The arrows don't really have any sort of point at all, because they had suction cups on them, and I removed them because it looked cheesy! X'D

The really depressing scene in addition to them getting to know eachother in the arena, scenes of Prim and Gale from back home, scenes of Katniss fixing Peeta's leg, Katniss and Peeta in the cave, part of the cornucopia scene...OY. XD And I'm actually thinking about doing one of those fake-kiss thingies witht the thumb trick for the camera, but I'm not sure if Lithy would feel comfortable with that or not! XD I cast him as Peeta mainly since he's not tooo awkward about that stuff, and doesn't cringe away from the human touch as if it were acid (lol)...but still. GOD, those scenes are gonna be embarassing...=.="
