In City of Villains I am a huge fan of Corruptors and Dominators as they let me play power sets I'd never get to play hero-side because of their low damage output (I love orange numbers) - aka most Defenders and certain Controllers.Ice Control always interested me, but the overall lack of damage on an Ice Controller kept me from playing one. So I rolled an Ice/Ice Dominator instead. I had never made a beast type character either, so I figured this was a good opportunity to try that out.
So, now I have Siberios...or as my supergroup calls him, the Evil Cheerio.

Heh, though the only downside was drawing out the the entire thing and obscuring it with shadows.
But I definitely wanted to do something sort of dark and cold since it really seemed fitting for the guy.

Well, it always seems like you end up drawing a bunch of stuff that later gets obscured or never used in the final piece, dunnit?
I think it was exactly the right way to go and paid off with a great pic, man!
