since Toxin in Marvel comics had two modes, I thought so should this symbiote.
In Civil War, the two leaders of the opposing sides were Ironman and the Cap, with Spidey switchin sides in the conflict, I thought it'd be interesting to let that be the trigger for Cap's symbiote agression.

Yeah he does, but that's why I made it in the What if? sense...if cap got the symbiote during civil war and spidey pissed him off for taking ironman's side first..haha
