The angle alone is already respectable. The lighting, the most important part of the practice... hmm, it's good and does many things right, but the shadows seem that little bit too blurry. In the kind of air necessary to make these godray-things, they'd propagate with more sharpness. Also, Twi's body and Pinkie's face would need to have their outline-side light decreased, as it doesn't bend that far around obstacles. That said, the lineart (unrelated to that outline lighting) is sweet. Comparatively well done, overall.

Not bad! Tho I think the piece would've been even better if you had removed the outlines of the characters, it sorta breaks the lighting right now.
