Stand Name: Walking Sunshine (Philomena)
(ref. Walking on Sunshine by Katrina and the Waves)
Skills:
Mr. Sunshine: Increasing burning power based on position of the sun. Empowers attacks depending on time and season.
Solar Flare: Creates a blinding flash of solar light, potentially blinding others and would be potentially dangerous towards Vampires.
Scattering Ashes: Stand bursts into smaller versions of itself. Durability and strength is divided based on number of copies. Effective scouting tool.
Supernova: Last resort attack, burning both user and any AoE radius it covers.
Destructive Power: C - EX (Based on # of copies and Sun position)
Speed: B
Range: A
Durability: E - B (Based on # of copies)
Precision: A
Developmental Potential: B
Kinda spitballing as to what would be what the hell would be the stats and abilities of a flaming bird thats a freaking phoenix that would possibly be Celly's Stand.
