You can not terraform Enceladus. Because it's not terrain, it's pure ice. It will just melt and become a 100% ocean world. And because Enceladus is tiny this ocean will begin evaporating to space. In the end the rocky core will remain and it will be even smaller, like 50%. Same with EVERY moon in the outer Solar system except Io. Io and our Moon are the only rocky satellites which terraforming is possible in theory.
