wanted to update this map yet again. The old one was great, but very dark. Now I've used my satelite climate images to create a new version. Also lightened the water and made the rivers less obvious. Exact same climate as the other one, just very different color techniques.Related content

I had a question. Is there ANYWAY you could give a some kind of distance information on this map? I was really curious as to how big Elysium would be in this instance.

That is awesome. I have one more question. I am in the planing stages of a game that is intended to take place on a terraformed Mars, and the map you have created to represent such a place is very impressive. Is there anyway that you could provide some kind of distance measurement so that I can do my own measurements to find an island that might be roughly 8 to 10 sq km? It would be greatly appreciated, but if you can not or would rather not, I understand. Either way, your work is beautiful, keep it up!

Get out your old geometry textbook and do some calculations. You've got Mars' dimensions written down somewhere, right? Now you've got the dimensions of the image in pixel too, right? Start from there. Good luck scout.
