Just a quick comic of what I did in the RWBY Eclipse game.This is what I’ve been doing during those waiting times when you just finished a level. There is a small time for waiting to go to the next level, and I always try to let my character Blake hold hands with a Weiss and vice versa. So if you are controlling a Weiss or a Blake and you're just idly standing chances are I might try it on you as well. :^)

Rooster teeth said they are making it for multiple platforms, but for now it's only playable with steam on a windows/pc.

You might not want to, as a lot of people on steam have said it was a huge disappointment. Especially the latest character models. Yikes.

Yeah, and it would have made a good video game, if it wasn't for limited funds, complaints that it's too taxing on computers, and the fact that the enemies have the miraculous ability to block all of your attacks.

kinda defeats the purpose of a hack n'slash if the prey can block...are grimm even smart enough to block?

Definitely an Alpha, and maybe a base Grimm if they can identify an incoming attack fast enough (we have seen a death stalker block Nora's grenades with it's claws, and apparently that bone armour does offer some protection.) But in grim eclipse, all Grimm that have arms and legs.(e.g. Ursa and Bewolves) block all frontal assaults unless they're stunned Via counterattacks.
