A (hopefully) simple tutorial on how I draw glitter!!!This tutorial is mainly for CLIP STUDIO PAINT/Photoshop, but you can do it in any art software that offers particle brushes or customizable brushes, and glow dodge/add layer options!

but what brush is it
you cant just go ahead and say a random custom brush and leave no information on how to get this brush otherwise this tutorial is useless

i realize this is an old comment, but for anyone in the future, it does say. before step one.
if you aren't interested in making it yourself, you can look up "glitter brush" or "bokeh brush" and pick any one that you like.

yeah but this is for a specific brush though as you can see it doesnt state anywhere about any brushes to download

It's not for a specific brush, though. You don't have to use literally exactly the same brush. It says "glitter/bokeh brush," because any brush that fits that description will do.
