I'm not a photographer, so I can't write a decent critique, you really caught a perfect moment. I don't think I've ever seen as much body contact in one single photo as in this one

Nice shot ^^ the framing is good, though if it's a bit (just a bit wider) it would have been great. Your decision to make this photo in monochrome also a great choice, because it gives story to this photo. Although the contrast could've been enhanced, strong/high contrast would suit this photo. I can't really see what's the focus of this photo, the main focus I mean. yes it's those men in the middle, but the focus is not too sharp, if you can make the depth shallower (widen the aperture), it would've been great for this photo, so the dramatic effect will be felt intensely.
