On occasion we'll sometimes get requests for something that we're not sure we can carry off. Usually this involves abilities or such that are beyond regular Humans. For example, people asking us if we can make them a fire breathing dragon. There's nothing in nature that can actually breathe fire, so manipulating DNA to do so is often not possible. At least yet. Dr. Penny has probably come the closest, as her method of carrying out changes isn't as hindered by the existing laws of nature. That was why, when this particular young man contacted us, that we selected Dr. Penny to carry out his treatment. Our customer, who was a tall, bespectacled male, asked us if it was possible to create a treatment that would allow him to shift his appearance completely into that of a female. His desire, as I understand it, was to create a completely separate identity. Ultimately, Dr. Penny was unsure if she'd be able to create such a treatment, one that would allow him to shift at will.

It was a few months before we had our client back in, with Dr. Penny explaining she'd found a solution, but that she wasn't sure how successful it would be. The client agreed to testing, and before long had been administered with the treatment. We watched as the clients form shifted into that of a much shorter, slender female. However it didn't turn out exactly as planned. The changes didn't stop, her skin smoothing out and becoming unblemished and artificial. Her joints became wooden and segmented. It didn't take us long to realise that the client had transformed into an almost doll like state. Dr. Penny is someone who is very proud of her work and has taken this error very seriously, combing through her research to find any signs of error. As for the client, who is now going by Ms. Sara, she seems strangely comfortable in this new body. She'll be staying with us for a while, undergoing physiotherapy. Both to adjust to this new form, but also to learn how to control shifting between her two forms. Meanwhile, Dr. Penny is still looking for a solution. That is if Ms. Sara still wants one...
