Sports is a very big deal to a lot of people. Fans everywhere are arguably some of the most passionate people around. Many sports attract ludicrous numbers of people. Fans and teams are always looking for new and exciting ways to promote and celebrate their respective teams. How does this involve our laboratory? Well, an American Football team contacted us, and asked us if it was possible to recreate an effect they'd seen during a Basketball game. The effect they'd seen, as it turned out, belonged to Ms. Connie, one of our Physiotherapists who is part basketball. Her skin is textured like that of a basketball, sharing it's pattern and design. This Football team decided it would be a good halftime show and asked if we could do a similar change to one of their cheerleaders, Ms. Jennifer. We agreed, and Dr. Penny spent time further studying the effects shown by Ms. Connie to adapt it into a suitable treatment. Before long, we had a treatment ready, and Ms. Jennifer was called in.

However, things turned out to be a little more complicated. Another woman showed up with Ms. Jennifer, the two seeming to be in competition with each other. As it happens, the women's rugby league had heard about the plans to promote American Football and weren't happy with it. Ms. Linda, who had been sent to ask us to hold off on the treatment, claimed that us assisting an American sport would be unpatriotic for our British heritage. This led to a long debate between our staff, Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Linda. Of all people, it was actually Dr. Penny, with Ms. Connie's support who put forth a suitable solution. Dr. Penny created a second version of the treatment, and both girls underwent the treatment at the same time. As a result, 2B Laboratories is proud to present the first living American Football for the Football league and the first living Rugby ball for the Women's Rugby league!
