Here we have a request made by derkman, link: www.deviantart.com/derkman , where I was asked to draw a quick crossover of another Disney showdown. To put it simply, I was asked to draw our boy Hercules squaring off against the evil sorcerer himself Jafar in his gigantic snake form. The familiarity of this pic comes from how it reminds me of an early request I completed long ago that involved a battle quite like this, I even added a fiery background and everything. Here's a link to that drawing: www.deviantart.com/2gredvision… . The only differences being that it's a one and one battle, and I added a ground this time . Let me tell ya, drawing Jafar wasn't easy, mostly due to how big his snake form really is. I originally planned for both characters being positioned on opposite sides of the picture, but there were complications with drawing Hercules small and indistinguishable as he was being compared to Jafar's humongous size from the Aladdin film. Because of this, I had to change the perspective of how both characters were being seen for clarity's sake, this included the way how the ground had to look. Despite this, I'm still unsure if I got the perspective correctly in regards to Jafar's size in this pic, I hope it looks fine. Given what a monster Jafar could be in this form I made sure to give Herc a sword and shield to help persevere through this arduous labor . Hope you guys like it!
