So, I though a Wind Waker Dark Link would be cool...It was born like this, I was looking at the art of the new MCR album and I thought this one flag looked sweet so I drew it and thought, "well golly gee, that looks like Link's hat!" (I'm a bit of a dork you see, and I think things look like Link at times) So I up and drew a head and some ears on the far end of the flag-turned hat. And thus the re-run type picture.

ok....i know i may sound like a douche...but here's where i can see some freshness coming into play in future works.
I think this piece needs some lights in it. it's good in composition, and the dark ness is a nice touch; but what if you had some subtle lighter darks (if that makes sense). you could really make the piece POP if you had some variations in shadows...but only subtle. i smell potential!

i really love it! Here is my thought on it, I think that it looks like Dark Link is fading away after a battle giving the victor that ever evident smirk that is defient to the very end. it is really great....
don't feel bad about seeing characters out of odd things....i do it all of the time, so your not alone out there.
