Hey mate... How did you process this one?
I've just got an R72 and was trying to use it but damn its hard. I figured the white balance is the key but I'm not sure what values I should be using? I figure its probably much the same across the board so wondered if you remembered?
Even if you could give me some tips how to process IR shots I'd be much appreciative.

I am using the Nikon D80 - I had some major WB issues at first myself - Some of them still looked good in B&W

Yeah... what kind of values are you using with the d80? i think in sunlight with my canon the value is around 2500k but I'm yet to figure out ones to use in cloud / overcast. The auto WB function is a little frustrating to use for me.

I am not sure about values.... I use the preset feature and white balance on green grass. Kind of depends on the look you want.

I love IR images and some can be overdone, but this shot is just superb! The sky is amazing, the cloud movement along with the IR colour gives this image such an ethereal effect... Just beautiful!
