ok this is my new free Studio setup and in this all light is only shader (illumination HDR) and you can control the spot with expresso look the preview.is work on all version of cinema4d but the gi setting is for c4dR11.5 so if u have 11 or less just adjust the GI setting.
so is free for all for personal or commercial use but not for release.

How do you do it?
The controls on the windows, I know how to use Xpresso and change many values at the same time, but how can I put the controls on the perspective window like you did?

for add control in the viewport just drag the text in the view port

But, I couldn't show the controls like you
If I drag the object it only shows the name of the object in the viewport, also I dragged properties directly but they weren't in group like you.
