So what size and where do we need to put them to get them in games? and if possible also for New Vegas? :3

The same size as the ones I made, you need to go to the textures/interface and replace all of the .dds files with new graphics, then just save as the same file name.
I haven't discovered how to make New Vegas ones yet.
